Love this app!

Ive tried 4 or 5 other trendy meditation apps but never made it beyond the 10-14 day free trials. Im on day 30 of this app and I feel better every single day as a result. The other apps seem to over-guide us but this one gives us just enough information to validate our experience and then lets us get to the really juicy stuff - the actual meditation. I love this app.
