I love this meditation app. It is easy to use, and it explains itself. Everyone should use it!
An excellent app for first timers to learn and build a solid foundation, for intermediate users that want a short guided experienced for the beginning and a wonderful back drop soundscape, and for advanced users seeking a solid timer and configurable backdrops. Great set of short after videos covering many likely questions as you experience what daily meditation does to you.
A really great app! My husband and I are hooked. Its a fantastic tool for beginners - the lessons are very helpful and calming. My stress levels have decreased significantly since I started this daily practice.
There is no excuse for not getting this app. Its fantastic! Informative, streamlined in appearance and is definitely user friendly.
I felt stressed out prior to doing step 1 & as soon as I completed step 1 I instantly felt more calm & relaxed. I definitely recommend this app for anyone who is new to meditation :)
Running iOS 9 on iPhone 6+. Updated on Jan 17 to new version which was supposed to stop crashing- crashes on every start up. Still 4 stars because the app itself is the best meditation app on the store when it is working, and never asks you for cash.

Some bad moments

Instead of streaming the videos you have to download them. As I dont have unlimited storage on my phone this is absolutely useless. Also, every time I try using the journal the whole thing shuts down.
I am trying in vain to download the step 2, but it seems the app isnt working quite well, saying its the internet connection, but I checked and my connection is good. Anyone else has this problem right now?
Excellent redesign. Elegant interface and very easy to use/navigate. Amazingly helpful to jump start your mindfulness practice or take your meditation to next level. Love it!!

Anyone whom has ever thought of giving the "Transcendental Meditation" course a try, save your money. This is 99% the exact same thing as TM, minus one small and one very large point. They dont lie to you and tell you that you are getting a mantra that has been specifically chosen for you and you alone. TM teachers tell you this and then give you one of maybe 20 mantras that they give out based on age and gender. The large difference is the price tag. I let my girlfriend convince me that TM was worth the $1500 I spent. Does it work? Yes. That does not mean it should cost money. Get this app, it is the same as the TM course, minus any ritual or monetary investment. Happy Meditations!
I used to meditate everyday and my stress and irritability was almost completely erased from my life. However; I fell out of the habit after two years.. I know this app will get me meditating again! Its great!
